30 DAYS

Give it 30 days. Honestly.

You will know from the first swipe whether the shine and the tint are for you. If 30 days pass and you are not happy, full refund, no questions. One-time purchase, no subscription.

01 How do I use it?

A thin layer onto bare lips with a fingertip or a lip brush, or straight over the lipstick you already wear. One pass gives a sheer wash of pink, two or three build the shine up.

Wear it through the day and layer it on before bed. Being straight with you: like any glossy finish it comes off when you eat or drink, so plan on reapplying. That is the trade-off for a texture that does not feel tacky.

02 Will it make my lips look fuller?

Only in the way any glossy finish does, and we would rather say so before you buy. There is no capsicum, no menthol and no tingling agent in the formula, so nothing here is designed to swell the lip.

What you get is optical: a glass-like film and a sheer pearl tint that catch the light, so lips look smoother and plumper-looking than a bare, matte lip. If what you are after is the stinging kind of product, this is not it.

03 Anything I should know before the first use?

For external use only. Patch test before the first use. Do not apply to broken or irritated lips, and stop using it if you get lasting stinging, tingling or swelling.

The formula contains fragrance and the colourant CI 15850. It offers no sun protection, so it does not take the place of your usual sun care on the lips outdoors. Keep out of reach of children.

04 What if it doesn't work for me?

Backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not for you, full refund, no questions asked. One-time purchase, no subscription.

“I wanted the shine without the film that glues your hair to your mouth, and this is the first one that gives me that. The pink is sheer enough that I wear it on its own or over a lipstick.”

GOOD QUESTIONS

Questions you mightbe asking.

Straight answers to what people ask us most. If yours isn't covered, just reach out, we're happy to help.

It is a glossy balm with a sheer pink pearl tint. It leaves lips feeling soft, smooth and comfortable, gives a glass-like shine that does not turn tacky, and helps firm the look of the lip for a plumper-looking finish.

What it does not do: it is a cosmetic and nothing more. If something about your lips worries you, that is a question for a pharmacist or a doctor, not for a gloss.

That is the whole point of the texture, and it is the thing you can check on the first day rather than in six weeks. The base is a light, cushiony gel that spreads thin and stays put without the tacky pull most glosses have.

In practice it means hair does not stick to your mouth on a windy day, and you can press your lips together without feeling glued.

PDRN, listed as Sodium DNA and derived from salmon, is the ingredient medicube built its skincare line around, and this is that line arriving in a lip format. It sits alongside a four-peptide complex, four forms of hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP and shea butter.

We name it as composition and stop there. We do not publish a concentration we have not verified with the manufacturer, and we are not going to tell you what it does inside your lip.

Yes, and it is one of the two ways it is meant to be used. Over a matte lipstick it adds shine and a pink pearl cast without lifting the colour underneath.

You do not need a balm below it either. The shea butter and the ceramide NP are already in the formula, which is the difference between this and a colour-only gloss.

Both, and that is most of the argument for the price. A thin pass through the day is the gloss, a thicker layer before bed is the comfortable one you sleep in.

One tube instead of a gloss in your bag and a separate pot on the nightstand. The sheer pink pearl works either way.
