At Medicode, operated by ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC, we stand behind the quality of our cosmetic skincare products. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be straightforward and compliant with U.S. consumer standards.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions & Eligibility

1. Unopened & Unused Products (Change of Mind)

  • Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return Shipping Cost: For change-of-mind returns on unopened items, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do NOT charge any restocking fees).

2. Opened Products — Skin Reaction or Product Defect

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products are generally non-returnable. However, we make two essential exceptions:

  • Allergic Reaction / Skin Sensitivity: If you experience an adverse skin reaction, discontinue use immediately and email info@medicode-usa.com with your order number and photos of the reaction and product. In approved cases, a full refund will be issued, and return shipping of the opened item is usually not required.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@medicode-usa.com with photos of the issue. We will issue a replacement or full refund at zero cost to you (prepaid return label provided if return is required).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact customer support via email at info@medicode-usa.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 1 business day and provide step-by-step instructions and the return authorization address.
  3. Do not send items back without prior authorization from our team.

Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected within 2 business days.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Bank Posting: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Return requests made after 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Opened cosmetic products returned for general change of mind (non-defect/non-reaction).
  • Items sent back without prior email authorization.

No Subscription / One-Time Charges

Medicode operates strictly on a one-time purchase model. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or auto-shipments. You will only be charged for orders you explicitly place.
