At Medicode, operated by ECOM PAPER PRODUCTION LLC, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent shipping for all our customers in the United States.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees or handling charges added at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM MST (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing on the following business day.
- Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or U.S. national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit / Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 13 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@medicode-usa.com.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, email us immediately at info@medicode-usa.com. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check surrounding areas and consult with household members or neighbors. If the package remains missing, contact us at info@medicode-usa.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
